Post-regime Structures

After the collapse of the regime, a three-pillar transitional system must be established to avoid a power vacuum and ensure stability:

  1. Legislative: National Uprising Council
    • Acts as the representative body of the people.
    • Provides oversight on transitional decisions.
    • Ensures inclusivity and prevents concentration of power.
  2. Executive: Transitional Government
    • Handles daily governance and administration.
    • Implements emergency decrees in coordination with the Council.
    • Manages international relations and aid programs.
  3. Judiciary: Transitional Court
    • Provides legal continuity.
    • Oversees annulment of repressive and ideological laws.
    • Ensures fair trials and protects human rights.

👉 These three bodies should be temporary, existing only until referendum and democratic elections establish permanent institutions.
