• Collaborate with private transport and logistics companies to ensure operational continuity.

• Assess potential for shortages and develop contingency plans.
• Identify essential industries and locations (e.g., hospitals) for prioritization of utility supplies, especially electricity, in case of shortages.
• Collaborate with utility providers to ensure continuous supply.
• Implement contingency plans for potential disruptions.
• Identify and halt energy consumption of operations set up by the Islamic Republic and IRGC (e.g., Bitcoin mining) that contribute to shortages but do not benefit the public.
• Promote energy conservation measures among the population.
