After the collapse of the regime, a three-pillar transitional system must be established to avoid a power vacuum and ensure stability:
- Legislative: National Uprising Council
- Acts as the representative body of the people.
- Provides oversight on transitional decisions.
- Ensures inclusivity and prevents concentration of power.
- Executive: Transitional Government
- Handles daily governance and administration.
- Implements emergency decrees in coordination with the Council.
- Manages international relations and aid programs.
- Judiciary: Transitional Court
- Provides legal continuity.
- Oversees annulment of repressive and ideological laws.
- Ensures fair trials and protects human rights.
👉 These three bodies should be temporary, existing only until referendum and democratic elections establish permanent institutions.
