  • All payments are processed through Stripe and FundraiseUp using industry-standard encryption.
  • We do not store full credit card information on our servers.

Donor Acknowledgement / Receipts

  • Each donor will receive an electronic receipt by email.
  • Receipts do not guarantee tax-deductibility until 501(c)(3) status is granted. At this time, Virtual Citizens Foundation has not yet obtained recognition as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization.

International Users (GDPR Compliance)

  • If you are located in the EU/EEA, you have rights under the GDPR, including access, correction, and deletion of your personal data.
  • Data may be transferred to the United States for processing under lawful safeguards.
