Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Free Iran Now platform (“the Platform”), operated by Virtual Citizens Foundation, a Delaware corporation (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or donating through the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the Platform
- The Platform exists to raise awareness and collect donations in support of democratic change and human rights for the people of Iran.
- You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Donations
- All donations are voluntary and non-refundable, except in cases of technical error or duplicate charges.
- Recurring donations are processed only with the donor’s explicit consent. Donors may cancel recurring donations at any time via the receipt link or by contacting support.
- Each donor will receive an email receipt acknowledging the contribution.
- At this time, Virtual Citizens Foundation has not yet obtained recognition as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. Therefore, contributions are not tax-deductible under U.S. law.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are granted only in cases of technical error or duplicate charges.
- To request a refund, contact us within 30 days of the transaction at: [email protected].
- Recurring donations continue until canceled. Refunds will not be issued for properly authorized recurring donations.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Delaware and U.S. federal law.
- Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, rather than in court, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
- We provide the Platform on an “as-is” basis and disclaim liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
